Staff are always present here to provide you with information about the facilities, answer your questions, and provide other services such as lending out wheelchairs.
An AED (automated external defibrillator) is also available.
The staff can also explain the various hands-on activities offered at Iyashi-no-Sato, including which kinds of things can be made at which facilities and what each experience is like, while showing actual samples of the crafts. Reservations can be made on the spot.
Be sure to stop by to pick up an assortment of pamphlets and discount coupons, as well as learn about points of interest in the surrounding area.
